I specialize in uncovering the needs, motivations, and friction points that shape real behavior, then translating that insight into clear direction for teams. My background includes building research roadmaps, leading mixed-methods studies, owning Qualtrics and Voice of Customer programs, and partnering cross-functionally to improve products and customer experiences.
Outside of research, I play guitar in bands around DFW while plotting my next escape to the nearest beach.
